Manchester requires final inspections and supporting approvals before a certificate of occupancy or completion letter can be issued. The City advises requesting a certificate of occupancy or final inspection in advance: five business days for one- and two-family dwellings and ten business days for commercial projects or residential projects with more than three dwelling units. Zoning and code compliance
