Bossier City building permits and plan review

The Unified Development Code states that a certificate of occupancy is issued only after construction and site improvements comply with the applicable permit and required final inspections are approved. Floodplain, stormwater, elevation, and drainage conditions may affect site approval and occupancy, so obtain the applicable environmental or planning approvals before requesting final closure.
